The techs were excellent in setting up my tv and sound bar along with all my other external devices. They made sure everything worked and showed me how to operate my systems.

This was an add-on service to the home installation, to properly link up all the added gizmos and IOTs that attach to our television. It went perfectly.

We recently had some equipment replaced for our home tv viewing. Devin was there, ready, willing, and competent doing the work - not a wasted minute. We have used GEEK Squad about 5-6 times in the past for various purposes - the Squad is the best! Thank you Best Buy for excellent service!

The technician installed our Wii console after taking the wall mounted TV down. After hooking up the Wii, he reinstalled the TV and hid any wires perfectly. Finally he connected the Wii power board and made sure all was working and we were happy before he left. He did it all in 30 minutes.

People were knowledgeable. Took time to do it right.

My service has always been done right the first time . Not only that, What was , fully explained, shown how to use, and asked if I had any questions.

When it comes to tech, I heavily rely on the Geek Squad. They are highly professional and always willing to answer by questions, (even the dumb ones) Very important for my peace of mind.

Agents set up my HD Antenna. Easily installed and explained clearly the use

The geek squad did a fabulous job and installing my television and showing me how the features worked. It didn't take them very long and they were very patient in showing me how the remote worked and all the features on the TV as well.

The agent made my DVD connection work by clearing out old setting for ATT Direct TV to allow set up with Spectrum, current provider. This should've been done by Spectrum in their set-up of my system with them The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the agent spoke and explained too quickly......for me an older person who is not techy and needs to understand and sometimes write down sequences He was very efficient but a little hasty

As usual great service. I will miss the free in home service. I am not knowledgeable of equipment and hook up. Appreciated the service. Not sure if I will renew.
