The gentlemen from Best Buy who delivered and installed my new Samsung 55" LED TV were very knowledgeable of the product and was most helpful in instructing me on the operation of the unit. I would highly recommend using the Geek Squad staff for any product Best Buy sells, to handle any installation some one might need.

The Geek Squad guys were great yet again! They fixed my audio systems on both bedroom tv's and were professional and friendly as usual. I've used the squad on several occasions and I am always satisfied. Bravo! Larry

The Squad arrived on time. The techs did a wonderful job of installation. They didn't leave until all was working perfectly and gave detailed instructions on how to use the controllers.

The Geek Squad updated my TV settings and connected a headset. But, they didn't know, as neither did the store people who sold me the headset, that the headset was not designed for working with TV. I couldn't get the volume to increase on the headset by pushing the volume button. I ended up after many tries going back to the store and doing a swap for a different headset.

The set up crew was so good. They were polite, funny, and worked so hard to make a rough install better. It was nothing they did; it was equipment failure. But we would have them out again in a minute!

Were getting to old to do these things now and have come to look forward to Best Buy Tech support and at affordable Prices. Big help when all our kids have moved out and have there own family's to take care of. We never have to worry if there are any issues

The employees were exceptionally knowledgeable and patient with our installation. They answered all of our questions and were very prompt. The installation went better than we expected.

The agent fount the problem, and straightened out my TV and other components quickly and perfectly. He also explained the process to me, so that I am better able o work with my products. I will only deal with Best Buy and he Geek Squad personnel. Thank you!

The agents set up my wireless system and contacted my cable provider to make sure everything worked correctly, They came back to help me out when I had a minor problem with the function of my firestick.

The agent installed a WiFi Network in our home and it was a great upgrade! Because of the idiosyncrasies of the ATT U-verse system we have the set up was pretty complicated, but the agent did it flawlessly!

A great experience from the Geek Guy Kevin who helped us get the biggest TV to fit our 90's space to Drew and his partner who installed and made it work with space for the sound bar! We couldn't be more pleased!!
