The geek squad staff member was on time, was extremely careful in terms of covid precautions, and install the device quickly and efficiently. He also took time to show me how to use it and how to switch from TV input to DVD input.

I'm not a TV "techi", so I was deathly afraid of setting up Roku without a knowledgable technician doing it for me. Kwaton was professional, an expert, and also very patient with us. Thank you Kwaton!

Richard and other Best Buy employee were the best!!! They installed everything quickly and easily and showed me how to use the smart universal controller and how to get Netflix and Prime Video. It all works great!! And I’m a great grandmother so I’m not very technical with all of this!!!!!

Could not ask for a better install team. Quietly went about their tasks. We were leaving cable TV. They had to work with the old wiring technology & wireless network communication that were already in place. Did not try to upsell or take advantage.
