After not finding a solution to my problem on the internet, I had the Geek Squad come out. The technician quickly solved the problem I was having.

Dan delivered and set up my TV and connected it to my DVD player. He called to let me know when to expect him. He was courteous and friendly.

My initial contact with Best Buy rep was difficult. He tried to fit my problem into a set of scenarios he had been given. Thus the initial rep at my home was not capable of addressing the issue. Luckily he found another set of representatives who came an hour later and completed my request.

Amazing technician - very patient and made sure we knew how to operate everything before we left. Very respectful of our home (and barking dog.)

A total new set-up - mounting the TV, Sonos bar, Alexa throughout the house. So many new. possibilities for enjoying TV and listening to music! The guys were friendly, communicative, and efficient. My adult kids like to visit even more now that I am wired for the way they live their lives!

The Geek Squad installed my 55 inch TV on my wall and it came out perfect. The installers name was Eric and he was pleasant, neat, and explained every question that I had. Wouldn't hesitate to use the Geek Squad again.

Took some time to figure out as special mounted under tv and not on wall. Glad they took their time. Works greatWorks great though.

The agent connected by HDMI cables, but the unit did not work correctly. The second visit by the Geek Squad was better. They figured out the connection problem and everything worked great after that. The only issue was the first agent recommended purchasing a longer HDMI cable, but it was not necessary.

I do all my electronic and small appliance business at Best Buy. They always do a nice job of answering my questions. They have patience with those of us that are technologically handicapped.

Bought a Sony 4K Disc Player. With so many streaming options available these day, this was kind of an "indulgent" addition to my media center. With that in mind. player was a bit pricey....but it gives great picture quality and can play regular, Blue Ray and 4K products. All in all, quite pleased.

Both gentleman arrived within the time frame given. Actually sooner than we expected. Asked what issue was and started diagnosing issue and resolved within 20-30 minutes done. This is why you are are go to as soon as we have any issues!!

Competent and friendly techs. They called ahead to let me know they were on the way, arrived on time and went to work. All our questions were answered and they made sure everything worked correctly.
