Delivery Terrible. Installation Great ( When I Got the TV)

Kennith is very knowledgeable and helpful in setting up the devices that we purchased. He was very patient and thorough in explaining how everything was set up

The person who set up my DVD player was very professional and pleasant. He explained how the DVD player worked and was able to connect the HDMI2 without having to take the TV off the wall.

The technician explained how to use the remote professionally and treated me with dignity. Thanks.

The agents connected my TVs and printer to the network. I asked them to come out a second time as I was still having difficulties with reception. I paid for an upgrade and more work from my carrier, Wave. Between the two, my reception is now good.

Geek Squad connected our new smaller TV, instructed us in the use of it, and connected the new Disk player to our larger TV. They were knowledgeable about the products and patient with us in the learning process.

The Geek Squad technicians who set up my new disc player did an excellent job.

I've had some equipment problems non to which were any way related to BB yet they were involved and concerned on my behalf. I am a total tech subscriber and it was them that were also very competent and forthright.

Agents connected cable box and new remote, but did not program remote as originally configured by Geek installation team. Current situation is adequate, but original install team had utilized short cuts which are not available now.

The agent installed my antennae and ensured that all settings were working properly. Customer service was excellent. I am very pleased with the product and installation.
