They came when they said they would, and took care of the prblem in no time at all.

Were getting to old to do these things now and have come to look forward to Best Buy Tech support and at affordable Prices. Big help when all our kids have moved out and have there own family's to take care of. We never have to worry if there are any issues

The two gentlemen who installed my TV were very professional, friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. They answered my questions and made me feel confident I could easily navigate the options on my TV!

My initial contact with Best Buy rep was difficult. He tried to fit my problem into a set of scenarios he had been given. Thus the initial rep at my home was not capable of addressing the issue. Luckily he found another set of representatives who came an hour later and completed my request.

The agent fount the problem, and straightened out my TV and other components quickly and perfectly. He also explained the process to me, so that I am better able o work with my products. I will only deal with Best Buy and he Geek Squad personnel. Thank you!

The geek squad staff member was on time, was extremely careful in terms of covid precautions, and install the device quickly and efficiently. He also took time to show me how to use it and how to switch from TV input to DVD input.

The gentlemen from Best Buy who delivered and installed my new Samsung 55" LED TV were very knowledgeable of the product and was most helpful in instructing me on the operation of the unit. I would highly recommend using the Geek Squad staff for any product Best Buy sells, to handle any installation some one might need.

Agents connected cable box and new remote, but did not program remote as originally configured by Geek installation team. Current situation is adequate, but original install team had utilized short cuts which are not available now.

Zeb & Dre were very professional with the installation. They did the extra things also - explained the features of the TV. Helped setup streaming service etc. and answered any questions that I had. Excellent job.

Could not ask for a better install team. Quietly went about their tasks. We were leaving cable TV. They had to work with the old wiring technology & wireless network communication that were already in place. Did not try to upsell or take advantage.
