Nick and Travis were great! However Anthony sold me the wrong Tv and mount. Also the device that works on my old tv that was moved to the guest Bedroom. Jeff was not available when I came in so I had to use Anthony. What a Mistake!

It was just a matter of switching video from old TV to new one. Ian of Geek Squad is so good, he could have done this blindfolded. Very pleased.

The agents installed new equipment and all works fine - except the tv now shuts off, gives an error message to connect to a different port, buffers for a while, shuts down and restarts (sometimes) Very frustrating. This is the 3rd try

First time using Geek Squad; had trouble setting up my new smart TV and You Tube TV so I called for help. Agent was prompt, courteous and very patient with my "low" tech ability. Would definitely use Geek Squad again.

The person who installed the Disk Player and AV Receiver was patient. The only concern I have is that I called a couple of times to try to arrange a follow-up consult to learn how to access and operate settings and have not heard back. Guess I'll have to contact Best Buy or call the installer again . . .

Agents were able to do most of the setup. Was able to setup antenna's but were unable to disconnect former cable modem because of transfer service to my new modem
