Agent reconfigured my entertainment center for conversion from cable to streaming. Agent was knowledgeable and took the time to get it done correctly. Would recommend to neighbors.

While I'm sure I could have done this myself, the Geek Squad associate was here to install a smart TV and sound bar as well as the Roku. The Roku set up and install was done professionally and quickly ... about 5 minutes and has functioned perfectly since the install!

The agents installed my Apple TV and Firestick streaming units and reprogrammed my Harmony controller. They continued to work until everything was installed and they had explained to me how to use them.

Agent assisted in setting up Roku devices on 4 TVs so we could switch to YouTube TV. He was knowledge about setting them up correctly and was able to clear communicate how to operate the devices and YouTube TV.

Agent, Greg, installed my TV, sound bar and blue ray player. He synced it with my other devices. He made good suggestions regarding upsizing TV. Followed through with me. Took time to educate me regarding my new products.

Mike added YouTube tv to all of my televisions and made sure they were working properly. Added the Fire Stick to one tv and Google hub to another tv. Everything working great.

The agents showed me how to switch the use of my LG TV from HDMI3 to ROKU and back. They also solved the very annoying sound whenever the TV was turned on and off.
