Doug, hooked up my computer and printer and transferred my files etc from the old computer so quick. I could not believe it. I thought it would take hours but it only took an hour. Great Job Doug!!!!

Bought a Sony 4K Disc Player. With so many streaming options available these day, this was kind of an "indulgent" addition to my media center. With that in mind. player was a bit pricey....but it gives great picture quality and can play regular, Blue Ray and 4K products. All in all, quite pleased.

The agent was on time and very professional. He quickly set up our streaming device and made sure everything was working properly and that we understood how to use it.

The two Geek Squad agents were extremely knowledgeable and exceptional in performing the integration of my upgraded cable service and new 8K TV.

The agents showed me how to switch the use of my LG TV from HDMI3 to ROKU and back. They also solved the very annoying sound whenever the TV was turned on and off.

team was great, they dismounted large pool tv and install Xfinity device to back of tv and made sure that all was working before leaving.

The agents connected my TVs and printer to the network. I asked them to come out a second time as I was still having difficulties with reception. I paid for an upgrade and more work from my carrier, Wave. Between the two, my reception is now good.

Mike added YouTube tv to all of my televisions and made sure they were working properly. Added the Fire Stick to one tv and Google hub to another tv. Everything working great.

The agents were efficient and customer friendly. as they set up the equipment. They also made sure that all of my questions were answered.
