Technician set up the Fire TV Stick on an LG 15 year old TV, explained how to use it and answered all of my questions.

Carmelo got the sound system connected with the TV and was super efficient. I asked 1 million questions. Super patient on his end.

The agents installed my Apple TV and Firestick streaming units and reprogrammed my Harmony controller. They continued to work until everything was installed and they had explained to me how to use them.

Nick and Travis were great! However Anthony sold me the wrong Tv and mount. Also the device that works on my old tv that was moved to the guest Bedroom. Jeff was not available when I came in so I had to use Anthony. What a Mistake!

We bought a new Bly-ray machine from Best Buy. We can still view our DVD'S on the Blu-ray machine and we bought some new blu-ray movies too! Thequality of the picture is great!

Agent assisted in setting up Roku devices on 4 TVs so we could switch to YouTube TV. He was knowledge about setting them up correctly and was able to clear communicate how to operate the devices and YouTube TV.

The gentlemen who installed the DVD player were quick and efficient. They explained how to operate the DVD, and repeated the instructions when I requested.

We have used the Geek Squad for all our electronic items for 10 years and have never been disappointed. This installation was seamless and perfect.

After the Geek Squad Programed my Directv Remotes to my 3TV's, One of the Geek Squad members told me that my Yamaha Receiver for my Sound System did not work. I have NEVER had a problem with my Sound System, Yamaha Receiver and my (Cerwin- Vega) Speakers. Being a Disabled Veteran, I cannot go behind the Entertainment Center, nor be able to figure out what the problem maybe. I Pray that your Technicians will be able to figure out the problem so that my sound from my TV and Radio can come through my Sound System, Please !!!!

Re-setup of Apple -TV Streaming Device. wen smoothly.

The agent mounted my TV and connected it to all my devices, except for the headphones. He was unable to get those to work.
