I have had two recent visits from the Geek Squad. The reason I purchase my TV,s and computers from Best Buy is because of the Geek Squad. I have never been disappointed by any of the Geek Squad setups and deliveries.....

Technician set up the Fire TV Stick on an LG 15 year old TV, explained how to use it and answered all of my questions.

Geek Squad professionally installed our Ring Doorbells. They are very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you might have. They are the best!

I think this apt. was with a young man with the initials KB who really was the best teacher of IT stuff I have ever had. He could be teaching at the local ACE program.

My antenna was installed as requested in a very knowledgeable & professional manner. Very pleased.

The agent mounted my TV and connected it to all my devices, except for the headphones. He was unable to get those to work.

Steven and Heath did an excellent job hooking up our Sony blu ray player and Roku device. They explained how it worked and gave us a suggestion on hooking up our old cassette player (bought at Best Buy in the 90's !).

The techs were very professional in everything they did. Clearly, they were focused on completing the job to our satisfaction.

Though I did not make a purchase recently, I have used Geek Squad. I am completely happy with them. I have just started using them in April. And I am very happy with them. We did purchase a TV stand for our new apartment with you and we are very happy with it. Thanks Shirlee

Had the television, soundbar and dvd all hooked up. Everything works fine.

I needed my blue ray player connected to my new tv. It was taken care of to my satisfaction. A few other questions were also answered so that even I understood.

I would highly recommend the home theatre department at Best Buy. Installed my new receiver flawlessly and got everything optimized, labeled perfectly, and connected without a hitch. Arrived within the installation window and stayed as long as it took to get the job done. Thank you!

Justin installed the new smart tv in the living room and offered advice on the items I thought were needed for other two TVs in my home. I appreciate his honest appraisal of my needs in recommending simple solutions to adapting to the removal of cable.

The agent was very knowledgeable of what he was doing. He took out time and explain things to me, in a way that I understood it. I rate him A+++

The agents attempted to install the ROKU unit I bought @ Best Buy but would not work with my TV so they sold me a Firestick from their truck which did & they did a professional installation.

I have to say Geek Squad is the best! We call and they come to fix what ever I messed up. I messed up my tv last night and can't figure out what I did so I get to call today.

While i am already paying for tech support with Geek Squad the price was quite excessive for 5 minutes discussion.

Very helpful and showed me some stuff to add. Straighted out some initial problems.

The agents spent time after mounting and connecting the TV to make sure I was familiar with the features and controls: using the remote, adding or removing apps, and features new to our experience.

The agent helped me get my Apps to work, and got me to understand some basics about what is important to know about Apps and getting good use out of them
