The two gentlemen that came out were fabulous. They were very knowledgeable, helpful and took their time going over everything with me. They programmed both my remotes. They were great.

The set up of our blu-ray dvd to our already installed flat screen TV went fine, but even though our technician, Matt, walked me thru, I could not duplicate after he left. I called the store, who claimed someone would be in touch. Nope. I did have Matt's number from his initial call before getting to the house, and called him directly. Matt responded and said he would be happy to help, but after making an appointment for him to come back, I never saw or heard from him again. Still can't properly use our blu-ray player to watch our wedding dvd's!! HELP!!

Patrick and his team member were excellent when they installed this for me . They were very knowledgeable and professional . The device helped make my internet connections much faster and better inside and outside my home.

While I'm sure I could have done this myself, the Geek Squad associate was here to install a smart TV and sound bar as well as the Roku. The Roku set up and install was done professionally and quickly ... about 5 minutes and has functioned perfectly since the install!

First time using Geek Squad; had trouble setting up my new smart TV and You Tube TV so I called for help. Agent was prompt, courteous and very patient with my "low" tech ability. Would definitely use Geek Squad again.
