The techs did a very good job on the set up. I dont know if it is a set-up issue or system issue but there are few nagging problems, such as no audio (we reboot 3 times and then it works!), and an annoying software update request message that appears on start-up each time and no way to ignore or select yes on the upgrade. We were told to go to the "device" selection on the Universal remote but that doesn't seem to be user-friendly

The Greek Squad guy ( I think his name is Pete ) was wonderful. Very patient with me.

The agents delivered and set up our new TV; moved the old TV to another room and set up that TV, as well. Very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in showing us how to work the TV's and use the apps to achieve the best experience.

After the Geek Squad Programed my Directv Remotes to my 3TV's, One of the Geek Squad members told me that my Yamaha Receiver for my Sound System did not work. I have NEVER had a problem with my Sound System, Yamaha Receiver and my (Cerwin- Vega) Speakers. Being a Disabled Veteran, I cannot go behind the Entertainment Center, nor be able to figure out what the problem maybe. I Pray that your Technicians will be able to figure out the problem so that my sound from my TV and Radio can come through my Sound System, Please !!!!

The Geek Squad arrived on time, and in force! (3 guys). 2 TVs to mount and one to set up. The single mount went fine. (tv was already set up). Looks and works great. The new installation - they were quick, but ended up off center. Even though they measured and marked - still off. We have some older sound equipment, and they had no idea how to hook it up. Hooked it up wrong and could not get any sound. They finally gave up and left. We figured it out ourselves and corrected the hookup - got it working. They did call back later in the day to check on us, and were happy to hear that we had it working. While here, they were polite, professional, and efficient. Cleaned up after themselves. But seemed pressured to get out of here and on to the next job. However, we could not have done the installation ourselves, so, thankful for the Geek squad.
