The person who installed the Disk Player and AV Receiver was patient. The only concern I have is that I called a couple of times to try to arrange a follow-up consult to learn how to access and operate settings and have not heard back. Guess I'll have to contact Best Buy or call the installer again . . .

They did not need to install my purchase since I had already done so, but they were able to remove the broken blue ray player and removed the netflix disk stuck in it, and also removed a non-functioning vcr. Great work.

The agents installed and programmed my new home theater system. They were efficient and professional. The agents answered all of my questions and made the process stress free and enjoyable.

They installed a sound bar to replace the surround sound that was bad. Also, put in a Roku for streaming, and set up my remote. They also took the old surround sound and all packaging from the new products.
