The set up of our blu-ray dvd to our already installed flat screen TV went fine, but even though our technician, Matt, walked me thru, I could not duplicate after he left. I called the store, who claimed someone would be in touch. Nope. I did have Matt's number from his initial call before getting to the house, and called him directly. Matt responded and said he would be happy to help, but after making an appointment for him to come back, I never saw or heard from him again. Still can't properly use our blu-ray player to watch our wedding dvd's!! HELP!!

Geek Squad is the best. I don't know what we would do without Geek Squad. They are always there when we need them. The surround sound system they set up for us is wonder.

Agent setup are TV and walked us through the initial necessary steps we had to do with a great deal of professionalism.

I don't know what I would do without Geek Squad! Katherine did a great job setting up our TV, Roku, X-boxes, etc. Then Katherine also explained how to use everything!
