I’m okay with the service and them hooking up the equipment... I feel charging an extra $50 each time I want or need something hooked up after the initial fee is rather redundant and extremely expensive for senior citizens! I purchased a TV, sound bar and nvidia shield in less than a few months... They came out and hooked me all up but then I realized they left my Ooma phone unwired!
