I have had two recent visits from the Geek Squad. The reason I purchase my TV,s and computers from Best Buy is because of the Geek Squad. I have never been disappointed by any of the Geek Squad setups and deliveries.....

The agents did a wonderful job helping my elderly mother in assisted living with her tv program recordings. They were so patient and kind.

The agent installed my new piece of electronic equipment very quickly. He has been to my house before for computer issues and is extremely knowledgeable. Very competent

Steven and Heath did an excellent job hooking up our Sony blu ray player and Roku device. They explained how it worked and gave us a suggestion on hooking up our old cassette player (bought at Best Buy in the 90's !).

The agents spent time after mounting and connecting the TV to make sure I was familiar with the features and controls: using the remote, adding or removing apps, and features new to our experience.

Geek Squad is the best. I don't know what we would do without Geek Squad. They are always there when we need them. The surround sound system they set up for us is wonder.

The agents mounted my televisions and hook them up to all the different devices. They were professional and so nice to deal with.

The Geek Squad arrived on time, and in force! (3 guys). 2 TVs to mount and one to set up. The single mount went fine. (tv was already set up). Looks and works great. The new installation - they were quick, but ended up off center. Even though they measured and marked - still off. We have some older sound equipment, and they had no idea how to hook it up. Hooked it up wrong and could not get any sound. They finally gave up and left. We figured it out ourselves and corrected the hookup - got it working. They did call back later in the day to check on us, and were happy to hear that we had it working. While here, they were polite, professional, and efficient. Cleaned up after themselves. But seemed pressured to get out of here and on to the next job. However, we could not have done the installation ourselves, so, thankful for the Geek squad.

Harold did a terrific job that included having to dismount my old mount. he was in and out pretty quickly.

The tech was very helpful and got our TV set up with a ROKU which allowed us to stream our programming after our service failed twice to get it operating. Bravo!
