The squad member did this swiftly and fortunately had an extra cable in his van that I should have included in my on-line purchase. Then he showed me how to use it. He did all of that in about 20 minutes, maybe less.

Clemente & Richie hooked up my DVR and transferred all my programed shows to the new receiver, set up remote & Blue ray and took the time to explain everything to me. These two are a credit to the Geek Squad.

Guys showed up on time and we’re friendly and efficient. They set up my “antenna”. They were not able to synch it to my Logi master remote so I have to switch back and forth between remotes constantly. Volume cut out every 3-60 minutes. Frustrating.

Fixed the tv quickly and it works right. No problem with the tv now

My tech guy showed up on time, He program my TV 8 function remote within 15 minutes to work my tv, dvd player and surround sound bar.2

The Geek squad was wonderful - They went above and beyond expectations - I was so pleased that I had bought the 1 year service from them - It's just what we needed - Thanks Best Buy.

The squad member was right on time and got to work on our "spaghetti" mess of wiring. He saved us endless hours of trying to sort out our communication problems.

Our Apple TV box died and Best Buy replaced it and all the Geek Squad guys who came were wonderful. The phone service reps weren't knowledgeable enough. It's our local Best Buy Home Theater guys who knew what to do.

The Geek Squad technician came when scheduled and was polite with a nice sense of humor. He answered our questions and in fact a follow up call to him resulted in additional assistance. Well worth the cost.
