The techs did a very good job on the set up. I dont know if it is a set-up issue or system issue but there are few nagging problems, such as no audio (we reboot 3 times and then it works!), and an annoying software update request message that appears on start-up each time and no way to ignore or select yes on the upgrade. We were told to go to the "device" selection on the Universal remote but that doesn't seem to be user-friendly

Guys showed up on time and we’re friendly and efficient. They set up my “antenna”. They were not able to synch it to my Logi master remote so I have to switch back and forth between remotes constantly. Volume cut out every 3-60 minutes. Frustrating.

The Geek Squad came to my house on time and got to work immediately. My Roku that I purchased from Best Buy wasn't working with my internet . They recovered my password and got it working( streaming) with my TV. They did an excellent job!
