The agents got my dvd player connected the right way so not only could I play CDs but now I can watch DVDs. They checked all the wiring and even programmed my remotes so it was more functional. Great guys!

I’m okay with the service and them hooking up the equipment... I feel charging an extra $50 each time I want or need something hooked up after the initial fee is rather redundant and extremely expensive for senior citizens! I purchased a TV, sound bar and nvidia shield in less than a few months... They came out and hooked me all up but then I realized they left my Ooma phone unwired!
