Geek squad home install was perfect...on time, called to let me know he was coming, knew all I needed to know. Great service!

The Geek Squad team did a very good job installing the ir extender that I had purchased at the Best Buy store. The 2 person team was personable, effective and efficient.

Clemente & Richie hooked up my DVR and transferred all my programed shows to the new receiver, set up remote & Blue ray and took the time to explain everything to me. These two are a credit to the Geek Squad.

The two geek squad guys that installed our tv were extremely knowledgeable and courteous and made sure we understood everything about our tv before they left

The geek squad mounted TV and connected my devices and audio system. They showed me how to operate the features, Wi-Fi and the APPS.

They did a great job , worked quickly and were personable and helpful.

Our Apple TV box died and Best Buy replaced it and all the Geek Squad guys who came were wonderful. The phone service reps weren't knowledgeable enough. It's our local Best Buy Home Theater guys who knew what to do.
