It was so easy to schedule the appointment for Geek Squad. Dan called when he was on his way to my house. He was very professional! He wouldn’t leave until he made sure the Xbox One worked correctly and I knew how to log in and work it!

Installers arrived at scheduled time, were neat, knew what they were doing and took the time to hide cords, receiver and transmitter. Would recommend Best Buy and their Geek squad.

I had two tv’s to hang. I had 2 tvs to hang on the wall. I give it a 3 because the first group that came did not finish so they had to reschedule. By the time every thing was done, another group was assigned for part of the job and the first group came Back to finish it up.
