Agents came and installed equipment, performed a check on the equipment and then completed the install.

The service person was excellent. After installing the equipment he instructed me how to use it and was not rushed.

I had issues with new Sony flat screen's remote control. It somehow got set on a loud, raucous voice announcing every action taken on the remote. "VOLUME CONTROL SET TO 15. CLOSING ACCESS" ,etc. After my fourth call to Customer Service, it issue was resolved to my satisfaction.
