I called to find out after about 90 minutes I was told I could reschedule which I did and told a geek would come 12-8 same as yesterday I asked for early time and was told to early the next morning told open at 8 Maxine said outside hours after the same result a few more times I called after 9 and was told Nelson would be my geek I was given his number I requested a time but told 12-8..at 2 I called Nelson and he said he would be there at about 6. It would be nice if you wold provide hours of operation . After waiting for many hours the previous you could be more accomodaring.nelson arrived after 6.30 but was great.i also had a no show last year

Agent came to hook up streaming device on my TVs. A subscription was required to work the device that was required for each TV so it was not completed.
