Connected my Sonos to the WiFi and my Google as well. I was also expecting them to cut the cord for me. Really surprised that they wouldn't do that while they were there. They had two guys and the one knew what he was doing but they were there only to integrate the Sonos to my Wifi.

Set up my home theater, installing a replacement ceiling rear projector, AV receiver and 4k BluRay DVD; overall did a great job.

The 1st install I had on 10/5 wasn't set up properly and had to have someone come again to re-install. It works great now after Alexander fixed it on 10/22.

The Blu-ray player was hooked up to the TV and agent made sure it worked. He did not however go over the workings in detail. I had to figure it out the next time we used the player.
