    The 1st install I had on 10/5 wasn't set up properly and had to have someone come again to re-install. It works great now after Alexander fixed it on 10/22.

    The service techs installed my Roku unit after I got the adapter because of the age of my TV. Showed me it was working and explained to me that I needed to get a stronger Wifi router.
