I thought she (agent) did a great job of setting up my TVs and ROKU, then explaining everything to my satisfaction.

Not quite as technically on point as I expected. I had to techs come out and install a handful of devices to my new Samsung TV, as well as assemble a new TV stand which ultimately housed the new TV and all of my technology. The biggest issues I had were that the Apple TV and PC both did not work, they didn’t show up on my TV. After a few minutes of trying to get the PC to show up on the TV, it finally did, but was stuck in BIOS mode. I never got it out of this mode, eventually it stopped entering BIOS mode upon start up and got worse,… it got to the point where all I would get on my display was a black screen, the Computer was unresponsive in every way and only put out a black screen through HDMI to my TV. Finally, the last problem was one of my external hard drive‘s was cracked and no longer worked when plugged in.
