Knowledgeable techs fixed everything and gave me needed education

the agent took very little time to install a roku express to my vizio tv and programmed it also.

The agents were able to call ahead and come ahead of scheduled time They were pleasant and connected the DVR quickly!

The agents placed my TV on the wall mount, set up "Fire TV" on 2 TV's and hooked other equipment up so that they're working
