My 2 Geek Swuad members arrived on time, gave me some good advice about my purchases and had them working in minutes!

The difference between having the actual Best Buy Geek Squad, and the third party indie installers is like the difference between Captain America and Captain Kangaroo. The Geek Squad guys, Cody and Kevin, did what I needed them to do, explained everything I needed to know, in terms I understood, without being condescending. They didn't seem to be in a hurry, and treated me with respect. Captain Kangaroo is fine, in his context. Not for my electronics.

Maury and ty were very patient with us. We are seniors and not very techy. They trained us and gave us an orientation on how to stream. They taught us how to obtain apps and set up for You Tube TV. Also they gave us knowledge of how to use Alexa. They are both very professional Geek Squad members. We were very fortunate to have them.

The agents successfully troubleshot my tv's and successfully got them going, after a long period of non-use.

The technician did his very best to try and use my old equipment, but in the end, 16 year old components just weren't compatible with todays technology. He recommended a Sonos sound bar for what we wanted to accomplish and it was the best advice I have had in years!

best buy makes it easy to enjoy the technology. Purchased some new electronics, Geek Squad brought them to my home, discussed where I wanted, installed, showed me how to use and left the area cleaner then before they came. Highly recommend

Solved what needed to be done to connect multiple televisions to outside antenna.

Geek Squad technician was right on time & very helpful. He patiently answered all our questions & explained the set-up of our device.

The agents who mounted our TV and all the attached units were very knowledgeable, made the install quick and they were very kind and respectful. And answered all our questions ( even when we asked the same question twice)
