    I had an appointment with Geek Squad last week. They cancelled it without my knowledge. It got rescheduled for tomorrow. It appears that they are doing the same thing to me tomorrow. I am very disappointed and the annual fee that I paid for several years appears to be a total waste of money.

    I was very impressed with Geek Squad. My TV had many problems. They worked on it until all problems were solved. They really cared. Particularly impressed with Simon Baldwin.
