Need to not be kept on hold
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The guy was very nice and persistent, but one of the parts isn't working and I've been unable to get anyone to answer my call to Best Buy to ask how to fix it myself. Or to have someone recheck it.
