    Hi The Geek Squad came out and fix my Amazon Fire Stick to be paired to the tv. Agent Scott /Michael Scott did a good job BUT when the amazon fire stick unpaired itself I call But no Answer I left a voice mail But no answer I emailed But no reply.I am Very Unhappy about the Customer Service

    The agents received a rating of good instead of excellent because they did not read the manual when setting up my receiver and the sound quality from my two speakers lacks an adequate bass sound.
