    Danny made an extraordinary job of getting my TV, Sound Board, and Blue Ray set up - the soundboard, however, does need to be checked as I cannot turn it on. That is, it is not working.

    After purchasing a Samsung 65" UHD TV in December, I had recurring problem with the picture coming on but no sound. At first I was told by Geek squad that I needed a new HDMI cable. I replaced the cable, but that did not fix the problem. Then I was told it was probably the AT&T set top box. Had AT&T replace the box, but problem still not fixed. Then I was told it was probably my old sound system. So I replaced it with a Samsung sound bar. Problem still not fixed. I asked the tech if it could be the One Connect box that the TV used. Was told probably not but he did agree to order a new one. Had another Tech out the following week to reconnect the black box. So far, that seems to have fixed the problem.
