The Geek squad guys have always done a terrific job when I have asked them to install electronics. They have mounted three televisions for me and most recently replaced my cable boxes with Roku. They did this quickly. Very pleased with Geek Squad services!!

Agents arrived on time and were courteous, professional and efficient in their set up. took away old components and explained the different parts and workings of the system, which included new tv, bose soundbar and module and Sony Blue Ray. it was a great experience. Highly recommended.

The installers name is Robert! He was absolutely terrific and professional not only as an installer but checking that everything was in working order! He not only instructed me on how to operate the remotes, but also cleaned up his work area! A very good person who represents Best Buy in a very positive manner!

We purchased our new 83” Samsung television and needed help setting up the available apps on our tv screen. Rene from the Geek Squad was very helpful and polite. We are very pleased with the fast service we received through Best Buy Geek Squad. We highly recommend them.

The Geek Squad arrived on time, cleaned up shipping materials when finished and provided a tutorial for the Samsung 75" Neo-QLED TV. The TV is tricky since there is no numeric keypad on the remote, so the tutorial was much needed and appreciated.

I had excellent service sorting out my problems which was quite a challenge, some cables needed to be replaced and remotes adjusted, old wiring was complicated and I had to buy a new dvd player

Leo did an excellent job of explaining the basis for the issue that caused us to request help and fix the problem. then he spent another 45 minutes going over the basis of the remote-control operations that were most important to our televiewing. Now we are fully versed in the arcane mysteries arm-chair control of the television.

Ever since the initial call it was all set up really easy. The job did not get done the first time but the Geek Squad was on it, they were determined to get it right and they certainly corrected the issue immediately there after. So grateful!!!!

I upgraded to the newer Nvidia Shield Pro streaming system. I have the earlier Nvidia Shield Pro and it is still good but now the 2K and 4K video options are available and requires more memory and speed for less buffering. It’s not perfect but better. The only problem is the Logitech Hub doesn’t support newer model and there still isn’t a good replacement for the Logitech Hub.

The TV was a Christmas gift from my Son and Daughter in-law. It was set up by my older Son until I could get the Geek Squad out to finish the set up. Two gentlemen came and they were awesome.

We are more than pleased with the results of our request for a reset of our TV and computer set up. I tried for days to get our system set up, but it was not as easy as it looked. The person they sent to help us out was very friendly and he had us up and running within an hour. I now know that people make a living doing what I can't.
