Unfortunately, my picture is much smaller than before. I could not reach Comcast to come out, so I set up a appointment with Best Buy. Comcast had given me old cable boxes the second time around and when Geek squad came out he set it up but I am not sure why my picture would be much smaller. I paid $79.00 and I was not satisfied when I was trying to watch my tv which looked like picture in picture. I bought a larger tv to see a larger picture screen. There are thick black lines on top and bottom?
