Trying to fix Apple TV setup

Not Happy with Customer Service

Agent Scott /Michael Scott did a good job BUT when the amazon fire stick unpaired itself I call But no Answer I left a voice mail But no answer I emailed But no reply.I am Very Unhappy about the Customer Service
