    Bought this a while ago cause a Sales Rep told me I'd be able to connect an adapter to it and plug it into a TV. Was so happy at the thought of having a portable dock system. Nope. Something in there does not recognize the usb-c to HDMI adapter that I use and works with my Switch. Why? Why can't it just be a male-female wire housed in portable stand. My adapter works with the switch but not this? It's like Nintendo is intentionally making it difficult to travel and dock the Switch to a TV which seems contradictory to the theme of the product.
