    Bought a second aerogarden bounty. First one I bought a month ago worked seamlessly. This one will not connect to wifi no matter what I try. A little disappointing.

    Aerogarden has TERRIBLE customer Service.

    My experience with Aerogarden as been ABYSMAL. The unit arrived. I assembled it. The lights didn't work. They unit works. It knows it is supposed to turn the lights on. The pump works. The display is cool. I can communicate with my phone. But the lights... kind of the most important part... don't work. I have contacted Aerogarden multiple times. First, they take about 1 week or more to respond. This is unacceptable. There is no phone number. I then decided to use the chat function. I confirmed with the rep there everything I had previously written to costumer service. The chat person said to request a new light unit via the warranty. I did so. I sent the information exactly as requested. I didn't even receive an email acknowledging my request. Oh... and 1 week after that (now over 2 weeks from my first email), I received a response to my initial email asking me to verify with photos that I wasn't an idiot. I'm happy that many people are enjoying their aerogardens. Just be forewarned that if you have a problem, you will be out your money. The company is HORRIBLE.

    SALAD PODS WONT GROW.

    I am not sure if my seed were terrible or they never placed any seeds in my pods. Nothing has grown. I purchased the AeroGarden Gourmet Herb Seed Pod Kits from amazon, and those began germinating within the 4-7 day timeline written on them. I am disappointed with the herbs not growing.

    do not pay more WIFI does not connect

    I bought the more expensive unit since it has WIFI had no success connecting nor the unit or the app customer support was no help whatsoever what a waste of money

    Returned , didn't even start, We were looking forward to using it but control panel didn't work. Called for Support and they were not helpful , so we returned it.

    Looks greag but it loses power after adding water into as it came.... was really looking forward to enjoying this.
