love it! I have four now. Two slim elite and this farm. And a old second hand one. Growing close to fifty plants in my office.

How is it possible that they don’t have customer service to talk to? This is not a simple product and it requires step by step resolution for some of the issues it causes. Unacceptable at this price.

Had lettuce ready in a month. Easy to use takes 2 people to put it together without difficulty.

Installation was very easy, seeds germinated as specified and happy to see the plants grow daily. Some pods which did not germinate we’re quickly replaced by the team upon a request from their website.

Mine came slightly defective as it doesn't sit quite level on the floor. I was able to shim one of the corners and it fixed the problem, but aerogarden was no help with this issue. I love the wifi connectivity and the vacation mode. I grow tomatoes and ghost peppers in mine.

It was a great item but when i started growing and all my plants died twice for two batches and they don’t pollinate indoors

Having light issues poor quality it lasted about 60 days. Our first aero garden was great. This is our second not so much.

I am really very upset with this purchase. I have been trying to put it together for 2 hours now. My entire back is pulled out and my wrist joints are aching. It is not possible for a disabled person to put this together on their own with all the bending and stooping and fine motor skills required. For as much as this item costs, it makes NO sense that it arrives with the frame unassembled. I can’t get the tiny little screws secured with the gigantic allen wrench. The right side just won’t go on. I am so upset with the quality of this product. My tabletop Aerogarden came assembled and works like a dream. I really got fooled with this garbage.

Didnt get the tomatoes that were supposed to be included. Four plants have died. Waste of money.

The footprint is very small in relation to how much product you can get out of it. A great solution to must space-constraints.

Worked for seven days me being a truck driver I did not make it back home and get it to the store until the 15th day and they refused to give me a refund because their refund must be returned after 14 days horrible policy

I absolutely love my AeroGarden, it’s been 3 weeks and it’s produced several delicious salads!

This is perfect to get started on my spring garden, With Ohio weather it is great to start these spring seedlings that I will eventually get started out in the garden

Bought it as a gift for my girlfriend and she loved it!! She has a ton of other aerogardens and she enjoys checking on it and pruning her plants

Buyer beware I paid $700 for this piece of junk one side works and the other sides motor doesn’t raise or lower now I have to send it back to them for repair and have read online where several customers have had this problem got it 3 weeks ago and it’s never worked and Best Buy has it $40 cheaper now and won’t give me the difference even tho it’s never worked.
