Stopped working and I can't return or exchange

Concept is great but product is POOR

So if I wrote this review after 4 weeks of usage probably I would give it a 4 as the Basil and Dill did great while the Parsley never grown and even though the company mailed me a free replacement still it didn't grow rather somehow it ended killing the other 2 plants. In summary, it is nice and looks good for first month but downhill all the way to the trash can in month 2. DO NOT BUY IT.

Posted .We're very sorry to hear that you've had germination issues. It is disappointing when Seed Pods don't germinate. We do test our seed pods for a 99% germination rate, but Mother Nature often has her own schedule. That's why we guarantee pod replacements for non-germinating seeds. However, when multiple Seed Pods do not germinate, it could indicate a larger Garden issue. Please reach out to our Customer Service Team on the Aerogarden website so we may further assist.

Grow light.

Posted .We recommend pruning early and often to keep the plants from growing into the lights. There are, also, certain plant types that are too large to grow in the Sprout model of Aerogarden which may work better in the Bounty or Farm models.

I received 3 pods 1) Basil 2) Dil 3) Curly Parsley. The description on the seed-pods notes days within which it should shart srpouting, surely not the case for me. In fact, it's been more than 30 days and the curly parsley seed-pod has not started sprouting yet. Perhaps, I will purchase new seed-pods and try again.

Not sure how I feel yet
