the headphones seemed to work well for about 3 weeks then the microphone stopped working. Maybe just a bad set, who knows. I returned them and bought another set a little bit more expensive.

these headphones sound amazing, and the bass boost works well. for wireless headphones, there's no noise or static in the audio which is great. they're very comfortable. the battery lasts a decent amount of time, nothing special though but you can play while plugged in. the mic isn't that great. it had a weird buzz in the background that others hear which to them may be annoying. honestly, the mic that comes with the ps4 sounds much better. however, the people I play with stopped complaining after a day and got used to it! either way, doesn't matter, bc the headphones sound so good!

This headset are good for the price. Unfortunately, the microphone stop working after few days. The audio is good but just expend 20 more in a better headset.

Purchased our second pair and they already broke again. Purchased the PS4 wireless headset and hoping for a better outcome.

This headset is a good headset but it is not meant for people with larger heads. It gave me headaches after only putting it on for 10 mins.

You cannot control bass treble stereo surround or any other options. Your only options are volume up and volume down I expected more for $100

Sounds is great but when you speaking to friends, they can barely hear you

They work, but it's sheer luck. No instructions in box. Had to figure everything out from Internet searches.

It was great until it broke only after 4 months and this is an adult using it not a kid.

i bought this item it worked good 4 about 4 months then it stop working so i 4 got to buy insurance on my item when i purchased this item so i had to look up the phn # to the company who ive purchased the head set they dont not have a number u have to contact them by email took over 10 days of emailing back and forth to get this item approved to be shipped to them then they shipped me on back a week later a month later the new headset mic stops working and yet again emailing these people and yet here we go again 14 days later ive still yet to hear back from them wrote them a emailing asking for help and they have of yet helped me while im under warranty still have yet to hear a word so it looking like im out of money so i would say dont buy this product or any pdp made items so hopefully i can call bestbuy and get sumthing resolves with thim since i cant with the company if u buy this product u better buy best buy insurance so u dont have to have this headache

9 year old nephew loves it. He has no problems using it or getting it to connect.

Was supposed to receive the AG 9 headset , but instead I received the AG 9 plus on top of that I can't seem to get them to work ! Very disappointed ! $100.00 bucks down the drain !
