Horrible

Their customer service is less than satisfactory as their communication is poor (response time says less than a day...more like 7 days), their phone system has been down for more than 2 weeks so its impossible to speak to a human, and they're only willing to replace or fix the headset not refund my sons their money. Very disappointed!
