Very disappointed in this product. It was for my gamer grandson and he used it for a little over a month and the mechanism that allows you to hear yourself no longer functioned. These head sets are very expensive and you would expect a lot long use time from them. I dont think I would get this brand again

So uncomfortable. Save up for Astros 100% They kill your ears after 5 minutes of wear. The sound quality isn’t that good either. Regardless, any headset for $60 isn’t going to meet your needs. Trust me and save up for Astro A40 Mixamp, at the least.

They stopped working after 20 days. Then best buy would not replace. Said they have they had 15 day warranty but nj law says 30 days. Steer clear from these headphones and best buy!

Sounds great. But the mic function stinks!

Ok, so overall it's a good headset for sound. Sounds loud. Plenty of bass. Really good for listening to the game. Even, a bit too loud. No problem with the sound. No static. No cutting out for me. Seems fine. My problem is the mic...First off, you don't hear your own voice. So, you have no idea how loud u are or if it is even working. And with the headset on, everything outside is muffled so its strange at night trying to be quiet but can't hear yourself talk so you want to talk louder. And, no separate control to change the mic volume from the main volume. And the mic sound coming from other players is down in the mix. And you can't turn up this volume too much cause it gets waaaay to loud. So your kinda stuck with a low mix if you want to hear people. Which is too bad cause the point of the headset is for high dynamic sound. So, overall, its a good headset for pure sound of gaming, but, if you want to mix in talking and listening to others you may find some challenges. Might not, but I sure didn't care much for it.

Great middle of the road gaming headphones

I didn't want something too expensive or cheap. This was a good middle ground. I also wanted enough ear space to cover earrings and glasses. It does that. My only complaint is the pressure placed on my glasses which makes prolonged periods of wear uncomfortable. You would probably have this with any headset though. The microphone works well.

Great comfortable and padded headphones. The material is mostly hard plastic but the sound and noise cancelling it produces are great. My only complain is that you have to be careful with the plug connection to the controller, since it doesn't fit all in and can create some shrikes and feedback.

The ear cups barely fit over my ears but with some minor adjustments i can comfortable wear these. The sound is pretty nice with and without the battery powered on. Mute and volume control are easy to find and adjust. Works great with the new Xbox one controller with the 3.5mm jack in the controller.

Never used headset for gaming before until getting these. I realize there are more expensive and better quality products out there but these are pretty nice. You hear every little sound in a game with these.

It worked perfect for the first 25 days. Now when the switch is turned to "on" the sound will cut out conpletely and I have to turn it off then turn it on again and it'll work for maybe 1 minute. Also these are no way "high quality" sound. At least mine aren't. As I'm watching Netflix, the sound is constantly cutting out and skipping almost. Just not happy at all :( would recommend turltle beach!
