Tried playing with the new remote control and system did not acknowledge controller.

I took these back because sometimes they would work, sometimes they wouldn't.

Didn't Work at All with the Wii, so it's False advertising.

The remote connected to the system but would not work for some games. I primarily use the Wii U Fit. It would work for some but would not connect for other games. I'm sure the remote would be fine for other games like bowling, etc. Basically Hit or miss. I will be going out today to buy an actual Wii remote.

It's a ok remote. 1st no instructions with them (bought two) 2nd it doesn't have the motion adapter I bought these to play a Wii game that needs the motion controllers thinking this is what I needed but it doesn't have the motion adapter I had to order those separately from Amazon because Best Buy doesn't have them. I even told the employee what I was looking for, and what I needed it for, he said it would work, it didn't! I would recommend this to a friend only if you know upfront that you have to buy the motion adapter separate

The controller does have motion plus as stated, but it will randomly disconnect and turn itself off while playing games that require it. The remote worked well for smash for the first few days that I had it, but cannot play skyward sword due to constantly disconnecting. Returning product due to poor performance.

We needed another controller for a 4 player game. This was a fun splurge. It was a bit expensive, but the lights really got us. It's a great controller and works really well. The lights are a fun bonus! They have 3 different settings- constant, flashing, and pulsing. The kids love it and now fight over who gets to use it.

I bought this along with a wii controller charger. First the batteries won't charge with this joystick... 2nd. It keeps disconnecting 3rd. When we play a game such as Mario Kart it starts to do it's own thing and the controller will act like a button is stuck but it isn't. If we have the nunchuk on we have to disconnect it because that does the same thing. Overall poor quality. Luckily I bought it on sale or I'd be ticked that I spent 30.00 on it.

The lights are fun. The size and feel are just like a Wii remote. No lag, works well.

Untethered fun for the family. The fancy lights use up precious battery life, but it's good for distracting your opponent (if their in the same room).

While the lights are cool, this controller disconnects every 10-90 seconds. Very frustrating to play any games with it. I use a normal Nintendo controller with my console and it has never disconnected once. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

It works, but the buttons get stuck or do not feel you press them. Mario falls into the pit even if you told him to jump. If you can spare the extra money for the original controller, just do that.

Name is misleading. This does not work for games requiring the Motion Plus sensor.
