I bought this and the PDP AG9 Wireless Headset (also sold here) and there is a conflict with the products where, if the headset USB is plugged in, the Afterglow Wired Controller will not turn on the Xbox One using the Xbox Button. I reported the issue to them and actually troubleshooted it for them in order to isolate the issue. I haven't heard anything back. I've returned the headset and the controller as a result.

I made a terrible decision in buying this controller. It was the cheapest one and you can definitely tell why. It has a cord which is an absolute pain in the neck. It feels like a toy that I got out of a happy meal when I hold it. Just spend the extra few dollars and get a nice one.

I bought this controller within 2 days I had to return it, after getting it home, it lasted about 24 hours til it again broke. The problem is the cable connects to the controller with a micro USB plug, which is extremely fragile, and if you are in the slightest bit rough with it, or even just turn it the wrong way, the small pins connecting to the circuit board inside break which renders the controller useless.

It worked great until a few days ago. Now only a faint white light appears and the xbox doesn't even recognize that the controller is plunged in. I wasn't able to play multiplayer when I invited my friends to play battlefield 1. I would really like to exchange it for another one if that is possible. Please let me know. Thanks

This controller stopped working and now we have to deal with sending it back to the manufacturer for the manufacturers warranty per Best Buy. Do not purchase this item, it is very poor quality. Doesn't even deserve the one start I had to give it.

I am not by any means "rough" on my controllers but this one keeps breaking and disconnecting have had to replace it at least 5 times have honestly given up on it and am going to get a different type of controller

I bought this as a birthday gift and less than two weeks later the microphone died. It’s pointless for a kid like that. So I then get another one from another store, guess what? Junk!

The controller itself was fine but it would not operate properly with my headset. It produced a lot of static. Purchased one from xbox and headset works perfect now.

This item has stopped working twice on my son within a months time. I’m having to take it back now for a third one, not happy!

This controller stopped working after a few days and just works intermittently now.

The cord keeps falling out and the remote goes off

I don't own an xbox one, but I bought this for gaming on my PC. Day 1 it would randomly disconnect and reconnect, by Day 2 it was noticeably ramping up to gradually occur more frequently. Drivers were already up to date and yes of course I made sure that it was well connected. As of this time of writing, Day 2 since purchase, it's already back in the box and ready to be returned.
