But besides that they are great

Good sound with situational awareness

It is by far the most durable bluetooth headset I've ever had and the sound quality is very good so long as they fit properly. I got this set for my wife because she doesn't have a giant melon like mine and the regular set didn't fit as tightly as necessary for decent sound quality.

I work in an office space where I don't have them up very loud, but I can hear my music and everything else around me. When you turn them up loud they do sound like they're in a tin can.

Bone conduction headphones

I thought since it is bone conduction and I am hard of hearing that this would be a better fit for me, but of course not. I need something that I can turn up the volume enough were I am comfortable with hearing on my end. Sadly to say I will be returning these. But just because I have an issue doesn’t mean that they aren’t a good product.
