A: They are "non" adjustable. This is why they offer the two different sizes. You can kind of mess with the way the sit around your cranium, like if you're wearing a cap or sunglasses, but that's about it. However, they do fit snug, yet very comfortably. I've personally used both sizes, and prefer the smaller. I will say, when I first saw the smaller size, I thought that they would not fit, but being that the product is very flexible, I was amazed how well they did fit. The original, large size did fit as well, but the smaller was a much better fit.
