Q: Are these headphones adjustable for smaller heads?
A: Hey Annely! None of our headphones are adjustable; however, we have Aeropex Mini which has a headband length that is .5 inch smaller than the standard size. If you're not sure which size would be the best fit for you, we recommend that you check out our Aeropex Mini Sizing tool located on our website as well as our Aeropex Sizing Guide video on our YouTube channel.
A: I'm not sure about how the bone conduction mechanism works, but the charger connector (which sits right behind your ear) is magnetic. It's a strong enough magnet that it can pick up a coin through a piece of card stock too.
A: Hey Claire! Aeropex has a dual noise-cancelling microphone that will help decrease the ambient noises heard while on the phone; however, some ambient noises may still be heard depending upon the environment.
Q: What is the difference between the Mini OpenRun and Open RUn pro?
A: Hello- Shokz here! The OpenRun and OpenRun Pro both come in a standard and mini size. The OpenRun Pro uses a newer generation of technology, has a slightly longer battery life and charges a bit quicker than the OpenRun. The OpenRun actually has a slightly higher IP rating and is a bit lighter in weight. They are both great options! Please reach out to our Customer Happiness Team if you have any other questions. Thanks!
Q: What is the difference been the mini’s & the other Shocks? Are they smaller?
A: The only difference between mini and regular is the length of the band; the earpieces are exactly the same.
Q: Are these ok to go swimming with?
A: once, then they will never work again. In all seriousness, they are not under-water proof. Aftershokz does make an underwater headphone for swimming but it is an MP3 player only- bluetooth does not work underwater. check their website for details.
Q: Are these compatible with iPhone?
A: Yes, I exclusively use apple products and these work with all my devices (2) phones and (1) tablet
A: Hey there! Depending on how Aeropex Mini fits your head, the headband should not move too much as you enjoy your HIIT workouts. The ear loops should fit snugly over your ears, therefore, reducing the amount of movability when jumping up and down, etc.
