Mini was still loose and i don't have a large head. One star because it should have 8 hours of battery life. Didn't even last 4 1/2 hours within a couple weeks. Returned.

Headphones don't hold a charge, it's only been a month. I couldn't add the geek squad guarantee, and the official webpage does not let me file a claim. I wasted money on these and I loved them originally.

Not good headphones. These vibrate my face and make rattleing noices. It gives me a headach after wearing them for an hour Its a good consept. But not prfected yet.

Just got these and I'm blown away. No need to turn these all the way up. The sound quality is fantastic. I'll admit, at first, I was a little leery of "bone conduction' for quality of sound but was relieved to find out that I had no need to worry. I can take calls with them while I'm not listening to Pandora, Spotify or YouTube. The body seems to be made of a durable rigid silicone form that makes it feel light. I hardly notice them. The magnetic inductive charging cable is also a nice touch. Super easy to use. These are the best ever.

This product is so bad and when I tried to claim is like impossible contact whit customer service I don’t recommend

Really really wanted to love this product. It works well to an extent. I learned a little latter I get a headache from it. Just not for me.

It was working great until about 6 months later when it started ignoring button input. I've since let the charge run out on it and haven't tried it again.

Every pair I get it has a weak spot by the right ear and breaks. Don’t buy minis. The others are good

It doesn't arrive yet, 6 days later. Could have been better to buy it directly. No help from the store, rude treatment to my concern.

Doesn't fit my head more for a kid my head is too big

Did not like them at all. They weren't adjustable and even the smallest pair were too big. Gave me a migraine because of the pressure on my head.

Not for audiophiles. While design and functionality are excellent, the sound quality through bone conduction is subpar.

Bluetooth skips in and out even with the phone in hand in front of me, and even worse in the pocket.

Walked into Best Buy intending to buy Sony M4 headphones, and 2 of these came out with me as well! I never knew about bone conduction headphones until then. We spoke with a sales rep and he really sold us. We’ve had these for 8 months and we use them ALL. THE. TIME. and for so many things. BATTERY:The battery power is stellar, esp. the standby power if you keep them on but idling. BLUETOOTH: The connection is always seamless and smooth. Sony BT and app is a nightmare. Can connect to 2 devices at once. SOUND: Very impressive! Nice bass despite their small size. Very balanced. The vibrations really are only overwhelming at max volume, and it’s more of a tickling sensation than anything. MICROPHONE: They have an amazing microphone that I use for work, phone calls, and Discord - miles better than what the Sony’s boast and for half the price. I’ve never had anyone complain that they can’t hear me or that I am not clear. I only had trouble with volume not being loud enough when I was on the light rail - so pretty noisy environment. COMFORT: They are discreet! Most can’t even tell you are wearing them, and as advertised, they keep your ears open for environmental awareness. And they are truly comfortable. Because they are so light and hold up with low pressure against your temples, you don’t get fatigue or discomfort behind the ears. Sometimes I forget I am even wearing them. We use these at the gym and have wiped the sweat off with a disinfectant wipe hundreds of times at this point and there is absolutely no degradation in quality or finishes. They are pretty comfortable to lay on from both the sides and the back of the head. CONS: Very minimal - just the max volume in noisy environments I mentioned. The floppy silicone case and proprietary charging cords leave something to be desired as far as protection and maintenance of the product, but not a dealbreaker for me. In fact, it looks like Aftershokz has a new product with a sturdier case. Awesome!

Battery life is a disasters Is just 3 a half hour.

Mini's are the way! Tested out the Pro's in store and was surprised by the sound quality. A present for my wife, I decided to have her test them out vs shelling out 180+ and then be disappointed. The sound is better the close it is to the ear vs having it lay on your jawbone. I experienced the best sound when they laid next to that flap near the jawbone (google says its called the external meatus). That being said, I got the minis since I figured the smaller size would make them rest closer to that flap. It worked, sound volume is way better than the pros and if I have it on 100%, I literally can't hear anything other than the music. Bass is lacking but not a deal killer. If they had the pros minis, maybe that would be the way to go.
