They fit over the ears good, but just take little bit to get use to them. The sound is good use them on the cellphone or connect to desk phone.

I wanted to love these as I have the OpenMove model without a single issue. There is a sickening long 2 FULL second delay before the mic picks up my voice at all. This happens EVERYTIME I try to do a voice memo, voice assistant, or use the mic option in the messages (texting). It is a full 2 seconds, not approximately 2 seconds. If I counted to 10 in a normal speed, #5 is the first thing picked up. This isn't a BT thing since I have many other BT devices and not a single other BT device will do this to me. All my other BT devices have some sort of microphone noise cancelling technology, but these must have some added firmware that causes this delay. Since there is no way to update the firmware myself and the hard reset didn't fix them, I will have to return them as they are unusable for my needs and actually are dangerous for me to use them when and where I need them. Other than that, the sound is really good. The pads tingle less than the OpenMove by a little bit, but they aren't louder or better sounding than the less expensive OpenMove. Nor can customers hear me any better than the OpenMove model. So, the delay is the ONLY reason that I cannot use these. Sounds are great, the microphone is great when it is working, but that delay is a no go for me because it has required an inordinate amount of time to starting every message over again.

It works fine but the battery seems to be running out quicker than I expected.

This are great for maintaining awareness of what's going on around you while also having a headset, just what I wanted. The audio quality is great, both to listen to and what it picks up.

Great one to hear and talk, they do not interfere with your environmental atmosphere, so you can still hear out what’s happening in your surroundings

Crystal clear sound, both to you and to those you talk to. Even in a semi or other noisy environment. As with anything, you get what you pay for. This headset is worth every penny.

As headphones listening to music or videos they work good as expected. Using them for phone calls, some people are very hard to hear especially if they are using speakerphone on their end. I do really like the concept of the open ear being able to hear whats going on around you as well as whats on the headphones. Overall its a good product it was a tough debate between 3 stars and 4. Also its obviously not adjustable so it fits differently depending on the size of the persons head

I have had these now for four months and they are great. I forget at times they are on my head when I bend the boom back. Highly recommend for the heavy work from home user.

Once you get past the slight discomfort of these resting on your temples. Sounds amazing and nice to be able to hear ambient sounds as well.

Best option for all day use. I like them for running and biking for safety and situational awareness, but equally great for calls and teams meetings at the same time.

Works perfect. Easy to use. Ideal for my part time gig as a shuttle driver. Company rule says we can’t play the radio in the van (distracts passengers). This device allows me to still hear if a customer needs to communicate and I can listen to the songs on my playlist on my phone at the same time (prevents me from falling asleep). If I get a call from work, I simply touch the button on the right side of the device, it pauses the music so I can take the call (hands free of course).

These are perfect for a quiet environment when you don't want to isolate yourself! I had been frustrated for some time with a headset that worked well for talking on the phone and or video meetings. Seemed like everything would clip the first word of my sentence or transmit every sound when I turned my head. These do the job perfectly for me! But don't get them if you are in a noisy environment, they are not good for that as they don't go into or cover your ears. Some people may not like them at max volume as they do vibrate a bit when very loud. But for routine home/office use they are awesome!

Brought these as a gift for my wife who works from home and she loves them her clients can now hear her clearly and concisely and without any background noise

Great product they work very well and sound very good for not actually going in your ear The battery lasts longer than expected!!

This headset works wonderfully, but didn’t fit my larger than average head.

It was a good headset the sound quality and mic quality was excellent It's just that having to wrap it around my head for long periods of time would sometimes give me a headache. The other thing I did not like about it where the sound came from was next to you ear not in your ear and sometimes listening to music with a lot of bass would vibrate the sides of your head sometimes didn't feel very pleasant more of an annoyance

Great sound better microphone. Sound is very good considering these are not in or over ear. Noise cancelling on the microphone is outstanding

These are the best pair of afershokz yet!. I use them for music, conference calls and video calls. I can be heard and can adjust the volume with them. Great purchase.
