Good sound and so far everyone tells me they can hear me. I’ve used BlueParrott for years but I am enjoying not having anything covering my ears. You can wear this all day and forget it’s on.

I love the concept of this headset. The sound is loud and clear. My customers can hear me just fine and I work in a call center. The open ear design makes it so if people need my attention in an emergency it's not a big deal. The biggest downside is that I have a big head, and there are two pressure points right above my ears that get really sore after a couple of hours. I gave them a couple weeks of wear to see if I'd adjust but they were still uncomfortable.

I love this headset! this is the only one I will ever use again. Mostly because I do not have to put them in my ears. I use them all day long and they are so light I forget I am wearing them

I picked up this headset because I work from home and need to make calls all day. For that, this headset gets 5 stars. Its bluetooth, input and output are perfectly clear, battery life is 16 hours, and the fit is great. Even for working out, these things dont fall off. For music, its just ok. Due to the bone conduction tech, you get hardly any low end. The sound isnt isolated either which takes away from the clarity of the mids and highs. In summary, dont get this if your main goal is great sounding music. If its for work calls, or even for working out, its perfect.

First off, bone conduction definitely works, but whether this headset will work for you will be a matter of personal preference. Bone conduction has a couple of advantages. By transmitting through your jawbone instead of your ear canal, it allows you to remain completely aware of your surroundings. If you have nerve- related hearing loss, it allows you to hear the phone conversation without the need for a hearing aid or other assistive device. There are also some drawbacks. Some frequencies transmit through bone better than others, so there’s a lot missing with music, particularly in the details or outside the midrange. This specific headset also has challenges. First, the fit is tight for me. I wear a 7 3/8 hat, so a large but no huge head, and it is tight enough that I could not wear it for long calls. My much smaller wife also found it uncomfortable. The microphone is so-so, with clarity but also a very hollow sound. The charger is proprietary instead of USB-C, which means carrying around another cable if you plan to travel with it. And the travel case is huge compared to the size of the unit. I can see that for a very specific application, this would be a perfect solution. For me, it didn’t quite work and was returned.

I was looking for a wireless Bluetooth headset for work (for all the remote meetings/video conferences) and I already own the AfterShokz Air Open Ear Wireless Bone Conduction headphones, which I absolutely love, for exercising. Two things that I really like about the OpenComm: 1) I can wear it for long periods of time without it hurting my ears since the headphones rest on the cheeks and 2) I can hear ambient sounds (like if somebody is at the front door) while wearing the headphones. Only minor issue I have is I sometimes get disconnected on calls on my laptop but I think it's my laptop since I don't get disconnected with any other devices that I use the headset with.

It is very comfortable to wear. People can hear me clearly. It also blocks out background noise. In a meeting my cat was crying and the audience could not hear anything but my voice. :)

Great audio quality and comfort. Takes a little while to get used to as it doesn't produce sound like other headsets, but it's an amazing product. Has made working from home so much easier.

For talking on the phone these are by far the best bluetooth I have bought. I bought four in the last year. ranging from $50 to $150. The music sounds good but not as good as other in ear buds.

I am a teacher that will be switching from virtual teaching to hybrid teaching. This allows me to hear and speak to students on Zoom as well as hear all of the students clearly that are physically in the classroom!

The discreet look and comfortable feel make this item a must have for bluetooth handsfree communication. I find myself rarely taking them off unless it is to recharge them. The music quality is on par - in my field I tend to need to have an ear open for safety purposes and these allow for ease of use and are fantastic. I was impressed with AfterShokz line and will definitely recommend these to anyone that needs a headset and the pairing from one device to the next is fantastic....I use them with my phone, my computer for zoom meetings, and all it takes is disconnecting from either to pair right back up with the other device...I LOVE these headphones
