Great game, good price! One of the best story-driven games of the past few years. Some combat issues at times, but nothing that took away from the overall great experience.

So far the story and the gameplay itself has been super amazing. Got this as a gift for someone, and we were just looking around for horror like games to play during October. The first game was very good! We started the second game and so far nothing to complain about it. I did like that this version came with both 1 and 2.

I was a fan of the first Alan Wake and played it quite a few times over the years on the Xbox 360. Now I did enjoy this game a lot, but it does have a lot of added things that I thought bogged down the experience a bit. The first game had a lot more action, while this one has added some detective work and a game mechanic where you have to fiddle with the environment until you get the correct one to proceed. While some of it is kind of neat in a technical way it does make the game a little tedious. Overall, this game is what I might call a slow burn. Wake 2 does have its share of amazing moments and I enjoyed the story quite a lot. It does have its fair share of dull sections as well, however. Kind of hard to recommend to anyone who might be expecting way more action. I still liked it though.

I’m about halfway through this, and I can say that this is visually one the best-looking games every made. The combat, however, can be a little frustrating at times. Aiming feels a bit awkward and your character turns like a semi-truck. Otherwise, the atmosphere and storytelling are top-notch.

This is by far my favorite survival horror/action game since RE4. The first AW was alright, didn’t get much into it like some people, but this one was amazing! A true next gen experience!

The game was cool and the graphic are too. I played the remastered so I haven’t got into Alan wake II yet.

A great game with a great story! I played the trial on PS plus and wanted the entire game. I bought it from BestBuy and shortly after it went on sale. BestBuy retroactively price matched which was amazing as well!

Game looks fantastic with an interesting story. Gameplay is a bit sluggish but improved from the first Alan Wake.

This game plays out like a movie. That is interactive and has a feel of until dawn/Resident Evil. If you liked the movie seven, you will love this game.
