I purchased this phone for my senior mother. She’s in a nursing home and I was tired of going through the receptionist and getting transferred all over the facility to reach her on a cordless phone (which was always in use by someone else)! This worked out perfectly!

I got this phone for my mom. It’s very affordable and easy to use for my mom.

It was necessary for me to print the instruction manual from the on-line Tracfone website. There were limited instructions in the boxed material (for the Tracfone which I purchased). The phone works well. I just need to have instructions as to where everything is on the phone.

Great phone to purchase if you don’t qualify for a normal cell phone plan.

I am no expert here....tech explained very simply...did seem to know what he was talking about...........pleasant....maybe, he could give a smile now and then...

For those of you who do not use a cell phone much, you can have a phone for $80 a year when you purchase the 90 day prepaid card for $20. You can also carry over minutes.

When I try to access the store app it continually reads updating?

I purchased this phone for my 86 year-old grandmother and she was able to use it on her own with no problem. It was exactly what she asked for and more.

I did not want a smart phone so I thought this flip phone would work well for me. The most important bad feature is it is not loud. The camera and volume buttons are located in the worst inconvenient location right where I hold the phone on the bottom side of the phone. The buttons should be on the top or in the front. Everytime I pick up the phone the volume button is getting bumped and turned down or the camera button gets hit accidentally. By then I lost the call. There is no speaker button like my old phone. You must click OK or center button for the speaker. I don't know know it got great reviews. The screen is really faded even though the brightness is up all the way. My old free 3g replacement tracfone was better.

I love the idea of a flip phone but the reception was poor and the phone wouldn't ring half the time. Might be a provider problem. I wasted 15.00 dollars on airtime that didn't get used and track phone won't refund or Best Buy. I returned the phone though.

I wanted a no-frills phone for a backup. This one fits the bill perfectly.

had fun trying to read the Manuel for setting up my contacts. the tradfone people were very helpful in setting up my new at&t sim card for me because the verizon card it came with doesn't work well where we live.

like how user friendly this phone it and it's great for a child to use

Not easy and simple to use. I had to ask Frances, Best Buy, phone dept., Santana Row for help. She was helpful, patient and knowledgeable. The little blue instruction handbook helped but you still need someone with experience on how to activate Tracfone and learn how to use it via different icons. Too many steps to remember so need to carry the handbook always! My previous Virgin Mobile Kyocera Rave 7 which I bought in 2004 from Best Buy was so much easier to use. It wore out this January! Best Buy no longer offers Virgin Mobile. I can rate Tracfone after I use it more.
