It is just adequate for my 87 year old mother. One thing we don’t like is that when ou close the phone, it stays on the screen where you left it, and she gets confused about how to return to the clock screen to make a call. Also, we can’t figure out how to keep it from automatically switching to cell towers that reflect CST rather than EST. (We live on the border between the two time zones.) Tracphone has been easy to deal with and answers calls quickly. I suppose I would buy it again for that price!

Needed a replacement again after four years. Operating system is different and takes a while to learn (newer is not necessarily better).
