The only problem I had was getting the product scanned. This was an online order and n order to get the phone activated, it had to be scanned at the register because the phones are locked when received at store. Customer service had to do a return on the phone, then redo a sale which resulted in the cost f the phone bein deducted rom my account twice. I will never do an online order from this store again!!

Per the TracFone customer service person, this phone would not work in our area. TracFone uses the cell coverage under contract with Verizon, AT & T, and T-Mobile. This phone was assigned to use Verizon cell coverage, and Verizon does not have cell coverage in this area. My old phone used AT & T.
