It was 100 dollars, it's a pretty good phone considering it was so cheap, battery life could be better and the fact it is not rooted sucks. Given the 6in screen having the option to split screen 2 apps would have been great, but it is not available in the UI and since there is no root you can't enable it in dev. options either. It lags quite a bit if you have more than 10 apps installed/running in the background. Camera quality is meh. No screen protectors or cases easily available at any store.

I needed a phone to replace my old galaxy note. I was ready to pick up a note 7 when they were recalled & I needed a larger, unlocked, non-contract phone. Compared to 'flaship phones' & their specs, this phone performs pretty speedy as a daily phone with no lag IMO (I tried a BLU Studio XL LTE & it was so slow I had to return it). Features that I think are worth the price: +6" screen (1280 x 720 - good enough for the price) +Unlocked (gets LTE on AT&T & T-Mobile) +expandable storage +android 6.0 +FM RADIO!! cons - -non removable battery, but not a deal breaker for the price -camera might not be up to flagship level specs, but I don't care about selfies -I managed to find screen protectors, but could not find a case for this phone ANYWHERE, not even on Alcatel's web site (if you care about those accessories). But then again you might not worry about trashing an $80 phone. maybe Alcatel can throw in a screen protector and a silicone skin on their next model!!!

This is my first Smart Phone and I'm a Tracfone user. It was very easy to get my remaining minutes, etc transferred to the phone. It does everything I need it to do and more!! From what I read about other phones before purchasing this one I see that the camera isn't as good as some other phones, but for the price it just fine. The size is great for me because I don't need to use a tablet. It's not as big as a tablet, but works just as good for me. If you want more of a camera I think you will have to spend a lot more money. Otherwise I see no reason to spend more on a phone because this one handles just about anything I need it to do.

I was looking for a relatively cheap, unlocked smartphone and found it with the Alcatel PIXI 4. Usability is comparable with other Smartphones I owned previously. The Dual-Sim-feature uses mini-Simcards (a quite useful infotmation to put on the wrapping) and works without issue. With my user-profile (no streaming, but updating my social-media regularly) one charge will last at least two days. It is a bit too large for my personal taste, but fits in almost every pocket. The camera is one weak component and does not work well with bright or artificial light. If you're looking for a protective case or specific accessories you'll probably figure out that this phone is not very common and almost not supported. A bonus is its sturdiness, because I dropped it twice on hard surfaces and it is still working and has no dents or scratches.

Pros - Good call quality and sound both headset and speakerphone - Good LTE and WiFi reception - Good larger size screen screen - Low resolution screen so everything is bigger and easier to see - Speaker loud and good quality for podcasts - No carrier firmware or software Cons - Battery life could be better - 12 hours with moderate use to less than 10% - Low resolution cameras - Navigation keys not backlit but fairly easy to locate in dark

Trying to find a cheaper phone in the Droid range, this is a great transitioning phone. It still has the capability of the Droid system with some other modifications. However, I am not fond of the speaker and lack of volume booster, difficulty of using an aux cord, and so so camera functions.

Does not work as a phone. Drops calls for no reason and when it can actually connect, the speakers and mic are so weak it's not enjoyable to use. Camera is also not acceptable for this decade, as it's rather pixelated even when viewed on the phone. The internet functions work alright, but overall performance is unacceptable. Got a BLU R1 for the same price and it is much better.

Good entry level smartphone. Downside is the screen quality... Not sensitive and bright enough.

This phone is nice and big, but it's lacking in areas that are very important. The Aux has a terrible connection to my car, home stereo and sound bar. It's the phone itself that is the issue, all other devices work perfectly when connected to Aux. I used 5 different wires too, so it's not the wire either. Camera is okay, but not great. The worst thing about this phone is that it randomly shuts off and restarts. Sometimes, up to 6 times in a row, it will restart for no reason. My husband mounts the phone on his dash when he drives for work and it restarts randomly, which is a hindrance to his job. We will be returning this phone.

Definitely worth the price of the phone. Camera isn't too great, but the internal storage and duo-sim card is a great benefit.
