Don't bother you get what you pay for with this one

I had a problem with the phone cause it kept turning off

Bought, but never used. Two friends had same phone it would power itself on and off. Keep saying need second simple card.returned all 3. Size was great

I bought this phone for my girlfriend and was very disappointed with the sound quality. Hard to hear the other person and quiet in general

Touch no good and volume very low I want to return but I don't know return policy in best buy

Speaker is very low volumn. If yourface touches phone while on it numbers beep or you hang up on people

I had tried for 7 times to start the phone and I can't there is a problem with the software that doesn't initiate and the phone is bouncing back to rest I am so disappointed about it because i gave as a gift to my brother who is in Argentina and how can I get this phone back to PR?

This phone you can't take out the bactery get freeze

The photo on the box is not what the phone looks like. no one makes a case for the one in the box. Contacted Best Buy, the store manager contacted me and I emailed him twice and no, I repeat no response from him. Palmdale California store manager Irving Baras(Spelling)

Telephone went dead in 28 days. Went to replace at store and since 15 days passed have to exchange by mail. Now my daughter's without a phone and I havent heard the end of it....

When receiving messages, the messages would just keep appearing. Just was not satisfied. Store or carrier could not resolve problem. Product was returned to the store.

I had to bring it back within the week. I was told after that this cellphone model had the same issue, it would turn on and off until the battery ran out.

Sure, if you spend 2 to 3 times as much, you can find a stronger phone. But, in its price range, I found nothing came close. I am enjoying my new phone.

The sound quality is terrible, especially when using the speaker phone.

Sometime you can not gear the inciming calls or make a callo

I was reviewing Best Buy's selections of unlocked cellphones, and I saw this model. The review I did read wasn't flattering, but it had some specs that I liked. It has a six inch screen , 720p screen resolution, Android 6.0.1 which is the latest operating system and both sim slots are 4g lte micro sim slots. You can use the internet and make phone calls at the same time with this phone. You can move apps to the micro sd card, but you have to format the micro sd card first. After the micro sd card is formatted, you can add apps by setting the micro sd card as internal storage for the phone. This phone has Screenshot button that can be accessed by pulling down the top of the screen. All you need to do to take a screenshot is press the button and the phone will take the screenshot. This feature works even when playing a live video. The on this phone comes in load and clear even though they are rear facing speaker.

Customer Service during purchasing/returning Sucked!

Hey for what you get with this phone this is the way to go love this smartphone I had the older model and loved it, great phone with out all that fancy cr*p. I will never buy a phone over 150 bucks again!!!!

For a cheap smartphone it performs well. Activate it on Tracfone and you have a real bargain. However it has a nonremovable battery. Also it does not come with the headset that the description says it has.
